The experience that my family had at Firebirds was everything. I had tomahawk pork chop that alone. You could come back for appetizers we had 6 deviled eggs glazed in sweet honey on thick pieces of bacon eggs, mom had the salmon and shrimp, and gf had the grilled chicken for dessert creme brulee cheesecake & bread pudding with ice cream finally last but not least our server Dennis was outstanding 10/10

We made a dinner reservation for 7:45 (it seemed to be a very busy night). Around 8:00 a table opened in the bar so we took that. The server was very nice, attentive, and accommodating. We ordered drinks and got bread for the table. Being busy, it did take longer to get drinks and our food. We got 2 steaks, a filet, and a ribeye. One was cooked as ordered the other was Medium well (ordered Meduim). The garlic honey grilled chicken was really good. The au gratin potatoes were really good. The long grain rice would have been good if it did not have more chopped carrots than rice. Garlic mashed potatoes were average. I'm not sure if it was just the bar area, but it was very loud. You could not have a conversation with people at your table. There is a ramp for the front door. They do have tables for handicapped seating.

My husband and I are starting to make Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Chadds Ford our go-to spot to kick off the weekend! We’ve been enjoying happy hour (ends at 6pm) and dinner here on Friday nights after work, and it’s quickly becoming a tradition. The menu selections are good--something for everyone. And their drinks are nice as well. The bartenders we've encountered can mix up just about anything. Last night we sat in the bar area and had the pleasure of being served by Lisa. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She even made sure we got in on the happy hour specials with 10 minutes to spare before the cut-off — talk about great timing! The food, drinks, and atmosphere are consistently fantastic, and the service just keeps us coming back. Highly recommend!

Jess was our server and she was five star! Very attentive, upbeat, professional and fun! She steered me to the Black Diamond Martini and it was delicious. We had perfectly-grilled strip steaks - one medium and one medium rare - and a loaded baked potato. (I would order my steak “unseasoned” next time because I felt the chef’s seasoning completely hid the taste of the steak.) We also had the brownie and cheesecake desserts: both were good. The only disappointment was the mini-loaves of bread (complimentary) which were served warm but pretty tasteless, as was the whipped butter. We will be back and hope to have Jess as our server again.

Great night and great food! I have to say the shining star was easily the wings. 15/10 good on those wings! Really fresh, hot, and crunchy. Good flavor over all in everything and the burger was very good also.

We had a wonderful experience at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill! We were able to sit outside comfortably with our kids, and they have a fantastic kids’ menu. The $40 three-course meal option was a great value with generous portions. Service was impressively fast, and the complimentary freshly baked bread was absolutely delicious. Their drink selection, including a zero-proof menu, was excellent. Overall, it was a great dining experience — we’ll definitely be back!

Five of us (and a baby) came here to celebrate a special birthday. We had such a great server, Honey, who was really attentive and kind. The food was amazing, we had appetizers and dessert with dinner. We can’t wait to come back here for another celebration or just because. Thank you!

I had a wonderful time dining in tonight at Firebirds in Chadds Ford. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Honey. She was very attentive and overall Super helpful and welcoming. Will be back again soon!
